Die Blechtrommel (1979)

The action takes place in Kashubia, mainly in Danzig. The mother of the main character, Agnes, comes from the Kashubian region of Poland. She youth, in love with cousin Jan Bronski, however, is getting married at the German Alfred Macerate. When she had a son Oscar, no one knows exactly which of the two is his father. Ian remains the lover of Agnes, and in subsequent years.
