El niño de la luna (1989)

The film is set in a dystopian society, where young children who exhibit telepathic powers, assembled in secret laboratories to experiment with their gift. The phases of the moon and of the Natal cards in these laboratories are trying to find superhuman abilities in children. The film's protagonist, David, finds a Keeper of a secret message that he must transmit to destination.
