Based
on magazine article "the Last Testament", the picture describes the
usual, quiet community in a small California town of Hamlin. Calm town
worried when the news announce that a nuclear bomb exploded in new York
and on the East coast, and the screen suddenly turns yellow and the
image is erased, which means the explosions on the West coast. Local
radio operator Henry Abhart is the only means of communication with the
outside world.
